Weird week for me since I was being relied on as a pacer for the St. Louis half this weekend.
Mon-6 recover
Tues-off (legs/body needed the break after building mileage the last few weeks)
Wed-9 w/5 tempo (7:30 down to 7:13)
Thur-5 recovery
Fri-8 @ 8:14
Sat-3 easy
Sun-13.1 in 1:44:48 as the 1:45 pace in STL
Week-44
Mon-6 recover
Tues-off (legs/body needed the break after building mileage the last few weeks)

Okay! Back to it after a week off for spring break madness.
Mon: 60 minutes low HR (4.6 miles)
Tue: 2-mile lunchtime stroll
Wed: 30 minutes low HR (2.1 miles)
Thu: 60 minutes low HR (4.8 miles)
Fri: 2.1 miles barefoot on dry asphalt
Sat: Rest
Sun: 85 minutes low HR (6.5 miles)
Total: 20 miles running (2.1 miles of it barefoot), 2 miles walking
Mon: 60 minutes low HR (4.6 miles)
