Weird week for me since I was being relied on as a pacer for the St. Louis half this weekend.

Mon-6 recover
Tues-off (legs/body needed the break after building mileage the last few weeks)
Wed-9 w/5 tempo (7:30 down to 7:13)
Thur-5 recovery
Fri-8 @ 8:14
Sat-3 easy
Sun-13.1 in 1:44:48 as the 1:45 pace in STL

W - 35min recovery
Th - 30min MP
F - flying to Boston
S - 30min recovery
S - 30min recovery/easy + 3x strides

Okay! Back to it after a week off for spring break madness.

Mon: 60 minutes low HR (4.6 miles)
Tue: 2-mile lunchtime stroll
Wed: 30 minutes low HR (2.1 miles)
Thu: 60 minutes low HR (4.8 miles)
Fri: 2.1 miles barefoot on dry asphalt
Sat: Rest
Sun: 85 minutes low HR (6.5 miles)

Total: 20 miles running (2.1 miles of it barefoot), 2 miles walking

Mon: 5 easy + 9 easy
Tues: 11 with 6 tempo @ 5:30 pace + 5 easy
Wed: 4 easy + 12 @ 6:35 pace
Thurs: 9 easy (with Chris) + 5 easy
Fri: 14 with 8 x 1 mile
Sat: 6 easy + 4 easy
Sun: 20 @ 6:31 pace

Very nice week. Lots of good aerobic runs and a great tempo.

Mon: 8 easy

Tue: 12 w/ 6 @ 6:18

Wed: 12 easy/moderate

Thur: 8 easy

Fri: 8 easy + 8 strides

Sat: 15 (hilly)

Sun: 16 w/ 5 @ goal MP (6:30)
