The Saturday before Chicago '10 I went for a shakeout run with Juli (Ms Florida '09) and we ran into a group of Kenyans. Notice anything interesting?

I was absent from the boards last week, missed a good discussion. Its certainly intriguing, and I've done a good amount of treadmill training.

I do think, though, that we need to be careful not to train too much on the mill, as it may not prepare your legs for the true pounding of road racing.
