Mon: 2.1 miles barefoot, on the treadmill
Tue: 2.2 miles walking at lunch
Wed: 2.7 miles walking at lunch
Thu: 4.3 miles at low HR
Fri: 3.1 miles barefoot, outside on (mostly) dry asphalt
Sat: Rest
Sun: 10.25 miles low HR
Total: 19.7 miles running (5.2 miles of them barefoot), 4.9 miles walking
Tue: 2.2 miles walking at lunch
Wed: 2.7 miles walking at lunch
Thu: 4.3 miles at low HR
Fri: 3.1 miles barefoot, outside on (mostly) dry asphalt
Sat: Rest
Sun: 10.25 miles low HR

Th - 40min recovery AM, 1hr8min progressive-tempo bike PM
F - off
S - 49min progression AM, 1hr4min recovery bike PM
S - 1hr55min LSD
Hard to do these weekly totals now since my weeks start Saturday and end Friday. Might have to change up my recap next week.
YTD - 836mi run, 501mi bike, 187.5hr total activity
T - 57min recovery bike
W - 57min GA
Th - 40min recovery AM, 1hr8min progressive-tempo bike PM
F - off
S - 49min progression AM, 1hr4min recovery bike PM
S - 1hr55min LSD

Another wacky week, but things will settle down some, and then get busy again for a while.
Mon - 6.2 miles + striders Had to wait to run until lunch time due to rain and thunder, very hot and humid
Tues - No running. Drive from Atlanta to Cleveland.
Wed - 6.65 miles. You know it is a crazy world when it is hotter in Cleveland than Atlanta!
Thurs - 5.5 miles easy + 10 x 1 min pick ups. Felt tired and a bit sluggish today.
Fri - 3.5 easy miles
Sat - 10 miles. Crummy run. Felt very dehydrated and turned around at 5 miles. Died around 9 mile and coasted in the last miled.
Sun - 5.3 miles + striders. Felt better, but still out of sorts.
Total for the week: 39 miles YTD: 954
Still a very busy week. Have the condo mostly settled into in Cleveland, but now in NY for two days, then Boston for orientation.

Week 5 of recovery period....in Aruba
I drank and ate a lot. I ran some. Sometimes on the beach, sometimes on the roads, once on the treadmill. I put in 46 miles for the week. I have 7 more days until real training resumes.

Ran every day at lunch... track meet events Mon thru Thu night... cycling hills with bricked runs... all good stuff!

First week of Chicago training cycle so a slight cutback before the steady increase

W-3x quarter mi hills @7% grade 2mi total w/ 60 min strength after

Sat - Hawthorn Half Day 12 hr., 90 degrees. ran 66.6 miles. Milage PR, 1st in AG, 3rd overall, and broke women's course record. Another amazing woman also broke the men's record too and won the whole thing. I ran with her for a bit, and she's so nice and just a fantastic runner.
Sun - warm Epsom salt bath and cut off one of my toenails and nailed since it was in the center of a blister.

Well, 4 weeks to my second 70.3. I'm a little behind on the cycling and swimming but running is going well. Trying to play catch up.
Mon: 12 mile run + 1 hr trainer
Tue: 5 mile run + 500yd swim + 30 mile ride
Wed: 8.5 miles w/ 14 x 400 + 3 mile run PM
Thu: 16 mile mtb + 3.5 mile run + 1100yd swim
Fri: 12 mile run + 800yd swim
Sat: 50 mile ride + 3 mile run + 1000yd swim
Sun: 20 mile run + 3 mile run
WTD Run: 70
WTD Cycling: 111
WTD Swim: 3400

Still don't feel like getting back in to a full running routine. Too far away from any real race plans to do big volume right now.
I ran 30ish miles on five days last week. Did some strides / pickups as well. Also did two proper strength/weight workouts.
