Well kevin I have faith in you that you will turn it around and get back on the right track. Things happen put yesterday behind you and look forward to today!
Monday: am easy pm easy
Tuesday: am easy pm easy w/ 25x30sec strides with 1min recovery
Wednesday: am easy pm easy
Thursday: am easy pm easy
Friday: am easy pm easy w/ Fartlek of 5x5min hard w/ 3min recovery
Saturday: pm MLR easy
Sunday: am LR progression 1st 1/3 easy 2nd 1/3 medium hard last 1/3 hard
This week was a step back in total time running but was made up by running a little quicker and little more intensity than last week. I guess it has paid off being out running in the 100 degree temps and high dew points body has really adjusted really well to the weather now. Still sucks at times but it is becoming much more manageable then earlier this summer.
Total time this week: 11:29:15

3rd week of 20 down. Mid week runs have been hard despite Mr. Mac calling some of them easy! Highlight was running with daughter and doing 15 on Sunday feeling effortless.

Re: Your Week in Training July 16 - 22
My left achilles has not been kind to me this week - so a down week from running. Like Mike; however, I have been riding quite a bit which, for me, is major.
Mon - Day off
Tues - 45 min elliptical, weights and core
Wed - 21 miles cycling
Thu - 21 miles cycling, weights and core
Fri - 50 min elliptical
Sat - 18 min running - 4 min walk/2 min run - felt ok, but not ready; 1 hr kayaking on the lake
Sun - 42 miles cycling (the longest I have ever ridden!)
All the rides around here are hilly ones - no avoiding those babies once you leave the lake front, you have to go up!

No idea, but it looks like they are easily removed. What browser are you using?

IE9. And I sure can't remove them. I can put the cursor infront of line 2 and hit backspace and it moves it all the way up to line 1.
