From the North Country Ultra race director:
Race morning we will have music playing prior to kick off of the 2012 race, intertwined between songs will be support audio messages from family members, friends, elite athletes, etc. Call (231) 714-4788 and leave a 10 to 30 second runner support message prior to Wednesday August 22nd at 6pm. Feel free to be creative and share this with your family and friends so they can call and support you.
If you choose to do this - don't be nice!
Tell me to be stubborn and not suck out there on the trail. And to NOT QUIT!
