Looks like a lot of good training, recovering and racing going on. For me, week 6 of 16 for the Philadelphia marathon. This was probably the best week so far of this cycle.

Mon - 6.9 miles easy
Tue - 8 miles easy
Wed - 9 miles with 12x1 minute speed
Thu - 7.4 miles with 10x90 second hill intervals
Fri - 5 miles easy
Sat - 19.9 miles, great long run, weather in the low 60s made a huge difference
Sun - 6.8 miles easy

Week - 63.1 miles
