Hey Steve, I've consumed all my prescription diclofenac sodium. But not to worry. Naproxen sodium is almost as powerful. Rest that hammy.fostever wrote:Hey Fitz, got some of those good drugs you good send my way?

Hi Michele, last week was actually a mistake, I ran the second run by mistake. It's definitely gotten better but it's clearly not healed as the muscles around still hurt even after spinning or using the elyptical. I am out of town next week for three days and I think I will not do any crosstrainign then, and the following week as well as I have a golf trip then. If those days off don't fix it, then I have to go back to the doctor, for what is most likely the scope. If you want to know how pathetic I am, I have been measuring the knees the past month. THis chart shows that the swelling is going down, but it's still about a half inch. I need the swelling to go away completely.

Well, I'm not holding out hope, but remember if you do need the scope, it is not a difficult return.
