Hallelujah!

Post  JohnP on Thu Feb 14, 2013 11:08 am

My knee and leg were swollen in October through the Philadelphia marathon (mid-November). I figured a month off after that would heal it up but it remained the same, so I started measuring the swollenness. After four months, last night when I measured, there was no difference, what a great feeling!
