Running in Louisville Empty Running in Louisville

Will be spending the weekend in Louisville. East side just NorthEast of the convention center/airport. Will do my usual internet research, but if anyone has any recommendations on where to run I'd appreciate it. 20 miler on Sat, 8 miler on Sun.

Along the river. Look up.the Louisville Marathon ot Kentucky Derby races. I hear the Louisville marathon id flat and fast along the river.

It might be flat and fast now since they switched up the route a bit in the past 2-3 years but it used to go up into a park and anything with switchbacks...isn't flat to me. Smile That said, the part near the river is definitely flat!
