M - 5.5mi Hal-style tempo on the treadmill - 40mph gusts outside and my allergies are already bad enough; weights
T - 5.1mi recovery; 2hr ride
W - off
Th - 3mi to gym; weights; 3mi from gym; 1hr30min ride that felt like a vice tightening every minute or two
F - 11.6mi easy/GA
S - 5.5mi easy
S - 3hr45min helluva ride

Week - just short of 12hr total

Thinking of all the Boston runners and wishing them a great race.
I have the ITR50 to run next Saturday and the long range forecast is looking fantastic. Low 34 High 46

Mon: 5
Tue: 9.5 with 4 mile stead state at about 6:45
Wed: 5
Thu: 1 hour mtb
Fri: 20
Sat: 13
Sun: 6

WTD: 58.5
YTD: 834.75

Mon: 4.5 slow.
Tue: 7 bike and 3.5 run round Yas Marina Grand Prix circuit.
Wed: 10 km predictor - good run, bad guess (2 minutes fast).
Thu: 1 hour gym, 3.5 run.
Fri: Nothing.
Sat: 7.5 general aerobic.
Sun: 7.1 easy.

Total: 32.5
Not so much running, but lots of time with visiting relatives Smile

This was a step-back week after getting a little carried away last Monday.

Tue: 2.3 miles walking
Wed: 3.1 miles barefoot
Thu: 6.3 miles low HR
Fri: 6.4 miles hilly
Sat: Rest
Sun: 6.3 miles low HR
Mon: ~10 miles on mountainous trails

Week: 34.4 miles

April 11: 4.85miles/1:16.05 (run 1 minute/walk 1 minute)

April 13: 3.06mi/38:31 (Cape Run 4 Kids 5K: 1st F65-69...beat the gal that usually wins my division. Now she knows I'm here...I'm going to have to pick it up because she'll be gunning for me!)
