Ragnar Great River Relay

Hi All,

I am not sure where to post this, but a couple people from my old Ragnar team are looking to form a new team for this year's relay race. We are looking for females and/or males, age 30+, with a 10k pace of 8:15 per mile or better to join our team. The last few years we have either won or taken second in the "mixed sub-masters" division. That division consists of six men and six women, age 30 or older.

Now I suppose you want to know some details about the race. Well it is the Ragnar Great River Relay. It starts in Winona, MN and ends in Minneapolis, MN. It is a very fun race that challenges both your body and mind. This years race starts on August 16th and ends on the 17th. Sorry that I'm running in SD that week. I might be a bit over 30 but I still have the wheels to run that speed. Bummer as I love relay events

Done one relay. Fun, but my bio clock is totally messed up. Don't want to do anything like that again, worse than ultra.

Actually, it is really really fun...

As of right now, we are still looking for a couple of females over 30 with a 8:30 or better 10k pace.
