44.

Really really tired with the unlazy work of the past 7 weeks. A set back is warranted.

M- 7 on mill
T - 7 on mill
W - 30 mins of elliptical and then 3.5 on mill
Th - 8 outside
F - 8 outside
S - 8.23 back from DC to my house
Su - 20 from house back to DC

61.73 miles for the week.  Sunday's run was real bad - some kind of heat related bonk/exhaustion messed me up and I'm still feeling pretty bad today.  But this is the first time I can remember going 7-for-7 on doing early AM runs.  No lunch-time or evening miles at all.
