Recovery Week
Mon - Day off after Sunday's race
Tues - 18 miles cycling; Weights, core & agility work
Wed - 5.2 miles with 20-20-20 striders at the end
Thurs - Easy 4.2 miles; Weights, core & agility work
Fri - 7 miles
Sat - 25 miles cycling
Sun - 10 solid miles. Took a hilly course and felt very good.
WTD: 26.4 running; 43 cycling
Mon - Day off after Sunday's race
Tues - 18 miles cycling; Weights, core & agility work
Wed - 5.2 miles with 20-20-20 striders at the end

Week 7 of Chicago marathon training - one of the better weeks I've had training wise, I think the cooler weather made a huge difference.
I'm getting to run in Alaska this week. Went for a trail run this morning thinking I might see some animals but nothing.

Pretty good week for running, compared to the last 3 months...
M - 3.5mi in my new Brooks 5s.
T - 3mi with Aileen
W - 3mi with Aileen
Th - race ride with group out of Folsom; won some sprints in some very hot weather; 2hr
F - off, drive to Bay area
S - 3mi with Aileen, lots of beer and meat at a BBQ
S - drive back home, 4mi with Aileen
Week - 16.5mi run, 2hr ride

W - 3mi with Aileen
