My bet is this will be the most impressive effort posted by anyone this week.  I so impressed with your dedication as busy as your life is right now!

Still keeping it in recovery/maintenance mode for now.

Mon: Rest
Tue: 2 miles walking
Wed: 3.1 miles barefoot; 2.2 miles walking (in shoes)
Thu: Rest
Fri: 6.3 miles low HR (pushing a little too hard)
Sat: Rest
Sun: 7.3 miles low HR (ahh… better)

Week: 20.8 miles

I may try adding a Monday trail run back in this coming week, which will push up the total miles a little.

My legs are really getting fatigued now.  This week's long run was bad as I had no option but to run it in the afternoon when it was mid-80s.
