Your week in training October 14-20
Thought I'd give Kevin a break from starting this for one week. Reminds me of one of my 4 yr old's favorite jokes "the early bird gets the worm but it's the second mouse who gets the cheese." gross, I know.
Mon 5
Tue 4
Wed 6
Thur 6
Fri 0 (planned rest day - babies turned 12 weeks old!)
Sat 6
Sun 5
Overall feeling pretty good just chipping away at wt loss and keeping close tabs on a potential niggle in my left knee that comes and goes.
34 week - I think my high week since last November.

M-Su -off
Scheduled rest post marathon. Maybe run this week maybe not.
Daughter Samantha ran a huge PR at the CPS Public league CC Championships Saturday for All-City honors.
Looking great for her team to win their Sectional in 2 weeks and head to the State meet.
