Mon     5  easy  53°F
Tue     5  speed 38°F Included 8 x 60 second repeats with 3 minute intervals.
Wed     8  easy  39°F
Thu     5  tempo 40°F
Fri     - 
Sat     5  easy  48°F
Sun    12  long  54°F
Week   40

Still in recovery mode.....

Mon - Day off running; Core class
Tues - 4.5 miles easy; Weights with trainer
Wed - 3.5 miles easy; Core class
Thurs - 6 miles
Fri- Day off running; Weights
Sat - 8 miles easy
Sun - 3 miles easy

WTD:  25 miles

Feeling good and could certainly run more, but I figure that I am doing what I need to do.

am in recovery and taper mode at the same time.

50 for the week.  Threw one mile in there at 6:35 other than that everything between 7:45 - 8:00

Mon 0 LAZY !!!
Tue 7m am easy, 7m pm with 12x400m @5:25 pace 1:40 jogging between sets
Wed 10m am middle distance, 5m pm with 10x 0:20 sec strides
Thu 6m am with 6x 0:20 strides, 6m pm easy
Fri 5m am easy, 8m pm with 2X 20:00 min tempos at 6:15 and 6:10 pace
Sat 5m early am, 5m late am, 12m easy pm
Sun 8m easy am, 16m pm moderate pace

100 miles for the week.

Agreed with mountaindog...100 in six days? And three runs on a Saturday? What about sitting around all afternoon watching football, drinking beer, and all the other fun stuff we like do on Saturdays?

Sorry, went out for a 20 Sunday morning, calf cramped at .22 mile. Will try a 20 Monday.

T - 6mi on deadquads
W - 4mi on deadquads
Th - fed up; 40min ride that involved dropping my chain, getting it caught in the chainring, and bending it
