long week in Germany.  31 for the week.  about 2400 for the year.  Nursing some sort of ankle/arch problem.  Not sure what it is. Never had it before.

32 miles, including a beautiful, but not fast, half marathon. Actually, very pleased with my 1:31:12 (chip), because the course crossed Dubai Creek three times by bridge and once by tunnel, took in a brick-surfaced quayside by the cargo dhows, a souq, and a longish stretch of rough ground, where grass would have grown if we had that sort of climate. The other 19 miles was 3 x 5 miles easy and 4 miles of interval training.

Tuesday 8m with 14x400m (first 7 5:30 pace last 7 5:20 pace) 1:25 rest between sets
Weds 8m am 9m pm
Thu 8m am 9m pm with 8x20 second strides
Fri 9m am with 3x2 mile tempos first set 6:20 pace, second 6:10 last 6:00 4m pm
Sat 5m am 5m am 5m pm
Sun 20m long moderate pace

Total for week 105 miles
