44 miles. Nothing spectacular to report. Still have some tendinitis I'm working though, but first week over 40 miles in quite a while.

Traveled to NC and GA, but did manage to get in some quality runs. No snow, but it wasn't warm either.
Mon - Travel day
Tues - 7 mile Progression Run, 9:15 down to 7:55. 40F, sunny Ave. HR 145
Wed - 3.5 mile Recovery run, 32F, sunny Ave. HR 141
Thu - 4.5 mile Easy run, 30F, overcast Ave. HR 144
Fri - 6 mile easy run with hills in Atlanta, 28F, Ave. HR 139
Sat - 10.5 mile long run, very hilly -old course, 33F, overcast, sprinkling at the finish, Ave. HR 145
Sun - Travel day, return to Ohio
WTD: 31.5 miles
YTD: 1722

Tecumseh marathon's original date was cancelled because of the weather and it will now be run on Jan 11th. This turn of events provides Wendy and I a chance to run it. Its original date was only 2 weeks after JFK.
Mon: 8 miles + 5 miles + 1:15 spin
Tue: 5 mile santa hat run
Wed: off Christmas
Thu: 7 miles + 1 hour spin
Fri: 7.5 miles + 1 hour spin
Sat: 20.5 mile trail run
Sun: 6.5 miles + 1 hour spin
WTD: 59.5
Mon: 8 miles + 5 miles + 1:15 spin
