I think that Desiree Davila Linden and Shalane Flanagan would have the best chances out of any American. As much as I like Ritzenhein and Hartmann I don't think either one really stands a chance at winning. I would also say that I think that Adriana Nelson will have a good showing. I would also say that I'm bias since I talk to hear all the time by IM, she is a way cool person and awesome to talk to.

Mathmatically the chance is there. I would rather have an elite entry so that I can use the elite tent or whatever.  lol!

Anyone else catch this:  Ryan Hall is now entered in the Boston Marathon, but Dathan Ritzheim pulls out.  Is Ritz still training with Salazar?  Lot's of rumors and weird things seem to be hounding his athletes right now.  Talk that Matthew Centrowitz failed a dope test, the strange behavior at US Indoor Nationals, Mary Cain's injury preventing her from going to Poland, etc.

Any bets on whether or not Hall makes it to the starting line?  The finish line??

Not a good past couple of weeks for Salazar and his team. The Cain injury is shocking.

I think Hall is going to surprise some people this year. I'm wondering if doing some of his runs on the Boston Treadmill has also help make a difference for him and taking some stress off his body.
