Mixing it up a little bit before settling into a training groove.
Mon: 6 miles barefoot
Tue: Rest
Wed: 3.1 miles barefoot
Thu: Rest
Fri: 1.8 miles dynamic testing, at a surprisingly fast pace
Sat: Rest
Sun: 6.2 miles (in shoes) with a 5-mile MAF test
Week: 17.2 miles
Mon: 6 miles barefoot
Tue: Rest
Wed: 3.1 miles barefoot
Thu: Rest
Fri: 1.8 miles dynamic testing, at a surprisingly fast pace
Sat: Rest
Sun: 6.2 miles (in shoes) with a 5-mile MAF test
Week: 17.2 miles

Weather was awesome for the first half of the week which really helped. Up to 40 miles.
Mon - No run, core class
Tues - 6 x hill on a beautiful evening, 6 total; Trainer
Wed - 5 recovery miles, core class
Thurs - 7 mile Progression Run - great run; Trainer
Fri - Day off
Sat - 16 miles over 1-2" of frozen snow in 10F. Good run though in spite of the weather and slow pace (due to the elements)
Sun - 6 miles easy over 1" of fresh snow
WTD: 40 miles
YTD: 100 miles
Funny that my 100 miles comes in 3 weeks!

50. nothing spectacular. One tempo run. This week planned is 57. 12 week Bos cycle starts next week. Not sure I'm ready. Don't feel 100% healthy (tendinitis), somewhat unmotivated, mileage was down in Nov & Dec from the ususal, weather outside has not been conducsive to running so way more on TM than I like, life is real full at the moment with work and some family stressors that need to be dealt with.

This is my entry for the prior week (not the current week) as I finally got my log up to date. I'm having to use the TM for all runs with the weather we have though I am now watching season 1 of 24 and it's like a brand new season since I haven't seen this for 5-6 years or more.
Mon - 5.8 miles
Tue - 9.75 miles including 5x1000m intervals
Wed - weights
Thu - 8.75 miles with 6 at MP
Fri - 7 miles
Sat - 13 miles
Sun - 6.8 miles
Week - 51 miles
YTD - 151 miles
