Fri     5  tempo 51°F Tough ergo good.

Sun    13  long  53°F

Getting back to it, finally.

Mon: 10.3 miles low HR run
Tue: 3.1 miles walking
Wed: 2 miles as test run in refitted Luna sandals
Thu: 4.5 miles low HR run
Fri: 4.3 miles hill run (at a low HR)
Sat: Rest
Sun: 6.6 miles low HR run

Week: 30.8 miles - the most since the Mount Hood 50 last July. Smile

Computer hard drive crashed. So I'm apologizing in advance for spelling errors with my iPad typing.

Mon - Core class
Tues - 6 solid miles indoors; Work with trainer
Wed - 6 miles easy over Boston hills; core class
Thurs - 7.5 mile Progression Run indoors. 8:48 down to 7:32; Trainer
Fri -No run; Make up Core class
Sat - 16 miles on a light covering of snow/ice in sleet. Pretty wet at the finish
Sun - 7 miles easy indoors

WTD: 42.5 miles

Went on a four day golf trip and my running took a little hit but I did get the key runs in:

Mon - nothing
Tue - 10 miles with ladder 400/800/1200/1600/1200/800/400
Wed - 5 miles
Thu - nothing
Fri - 8.5 miles with 7 at MP
Sat - 7 miles
Sun - 16 miles

Week - 47 miles
YTD - 249 miles
