Lakefront in Milwaukee was a really good race.  I paced it last year and you get a really nice downhill push in the last couple miles.  Lots of shade so even if it's a bit warm you're still okay.  Small race and point to point if that makes any difference to you.  Well supported aid stations as well.

I think Portland, Maine is the same weekend as Portland, Oregon! But probably slower...

Portland OR has a large bridge at around mile 17 that includes a half mile + long uphill that gets steep. If you are like me and tend to have a late hill knock you out, I would not consider it a fast race. Otherwise, it is OK and there is a good 2 mile downhill portion around mile 20 or so.

I'm signed up for Milwaukee this fall. It is supposed to be fast. My friend got a nice Pr and BQ there last year.

So, with all of the great choices that you all supplied, it decided to go with the Milwaukee Lakefront Marathon. A couple reasons that I am choosing this race, is that the race is only a little over an hour from home, it is only $80 to register, and it looks like a pretty fast course.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions...

Sounds like a great plan. Local and inexpensive are great reasons! Best wishes on your training.
