By the way, Kevin - wish I could run an easy marathon in 3:27.
Nice work Steven and John. Still a lot of mileage.

Re: Your Week in Training Apr 7 - 13
got in 51 this week including 8 @ mp. First tempo in about 5 or 6 weeks due to various injuries. Went ok, but definitely felt it. Not sure what pace to target for Bos. Those 10 days with minimal running a couple of weeks ago has me concerned. Missed a couple of planned long tempos in that span, plus my 2nd 20 miler.

I think all we need to target, Michael is the finish line. That will be a celebration in itself.

Definitely agree. I can't believe how cold it is here though, I've been running in the high 20s and low 30s this week, it's not helping at all to acclimate to the 50s and 60s.

Agreed John. I did go to Atlanta for two weeks to get a bit of runnigng in the warmer temps, and I am lucky that I can often run in the late afternoon or at lunch.

I've been racing in the 70's to mid-80's already, and I'm still worried about the weather. Is a natural concern.Michele \"1L" Keane wrote:@JohnP wrote:Michele \"1L" Keane wrote:I think all we need to target, Michael is the finish line. That will be a celebration in itself.
