M - 8.5mi running around/pacing my dad for his first half (1:57:53 finishing time)
T - nada
W - 7.1mi with 4 as a MAF test (round and round on the track)
Th - 9mi for my last run in Sac; 1hr10min ride as my last ride in Sac
F - nada
S - 9.5mi with 4.5mi LT interval + 5min VO2max interval, ouch
S - 2.25mi McDonald's run (literally)

Week - 37ish, I think

M - Cross Training/Weight Training
T - 4.21 miles @ 7:47 pace
W - 6.25 miles @ 7:44 pace + Weight Training
Th - 4.37 miles @ 7:34 pace
F - Scheduled Off Day
S - 6.75 miles (hills) @ 8:14 pace
S - 14.12 miles @ 8:43 pace

Week - 35.70 miles
