Glad Kevin's schedule resembles mine.

Mon - 8.5 with 6.3 in "race" in Dublin
Tues - Day off, travel to London
Wed - 3.5 miles in Hyde Park
Thurs - 5 miles in Hyde Park
Fri - 3 miles in Hyde Park
Sat - Day off, travel home
Sun - 6.2 miles with group

After months off with injury, I should have been doing 20-odd miles, so this was silly:

Mon: 6 mi jog.
Tue: 5.5 mi jog.
Wed: 5 mi MP in 102 degrees.
Thu & Fri: rest.
Sat: 14.5 mi trail, ending at 104 degrees.
Sun: 4 mi interval training, which I didn't excel at.

Total: 35 miles

Great to be running again, but must curb enthusiasm.

42 for the week.  One moderate tempo run.  Starting to ramp up hopefully to 70/wk for the summer with some speedwork and some non-tapered 5/10ks.
