ran 62 for the week.  retweaked my hamstring yesterday towards the end of a 14 miler.  Not sure why that caused it as I was taking it pretty easy.  Oh well, another week of easy running a head.

Still slowly building.  Achilles/foot a bit wonky from the hills

Mon - 5 easy miles
Tues - 6.1 miles 8 x 400m at track 1:43-1:46
Wed - Easy 5
Thurs - Day off (was supposed to race on Fri but that got side tracked)
Fri - 6.2 mile tempo run
Sat - 10 miles
Sun - 4 recovery miles

WTD:  39.3 miles

Michele, I'm sorry to hear about the Achilles. I truly believe that yoga has been the thing that has helped me get past my Achilles issues. Just thought I should share.

Thu: 8mi am + 6mi pm
Fri: 10mi am
Sat: 43mi ride + 5mi pm
Sun: 5mi am + 8mi pm

Monday rest

Tuesday 12 on trail

Wednesday 10 hilly road

Thursday 6 road

Friday 16 trails practiced run walk for ultra nailed it!

Saturday rest had lots of fun on the 4th

Sunday 10 in the trails some sand dunes
was a cut back week
