S - 13.5mi "LSD" on trails (hot, hilly, blew up at mile 7)

56 for the week. YTD - 1450. Hamstring still balky. Thinking of taking some time off as I don't want a summer of crappy training. Better to fix it now I guess. Just hate to lose what I've gained recently.

Busy week, but still got in some miles. The real work begins next week.
Mon - 6 miles Humid but not as hot, decent run
Tues - Day off, drive to CLE and back
Wed - 6 miles with 8 x 1 min on/off, humid and wet
Thurs - 4 miles - 2 @ 7:45 pace but was wrecked
Fri - 12.5 glorious miles
Sat - 5 miles
Sun - Day off
WTD: 33.5

Tu-6mi group tempo. managed a feeble HM pace (6:55ish) Bike to and from.

Fr-off- too tired to hit the gym for strength w/o
