Recovery Week after HTC, no sleep and driving to Boston
Mon - Day off
Tues - Day off (drive DD to Boston for school)
Wed - Easy 5 miles in Natick
Thurs - Easy 5 miles in Cleveland
Fri - Day off
Sat - 13.5 miles over hills in western NY - last long run over the hills
Sun - Easy 3.5 miles before thunder storm with CHQ friend
WTD: 27 miles.
Back to the grind next week.

W - 7mi easy, high 80's and humid, groin niggle

S - 12.5mi hard-ish at Great Falls (VA), 80 degrees and 80% humidity

last week was a continuation of some pretty good training. 60 miles and a sub 40 10k on Saturday. 350 miles over the last 5 weeks. Including unbearably hot, humid and hilly Atlanta and Lake Oconee. Unfortunately I re-injured my hamstring again today halfway through a 800/1200/1600/1200/800 run. Am pissed to no end. Came about totally unexpected - but I guess this rant will have to wait until next weeks thread. Ugh.
