Trying to come back from the hamstring injury.  Had a pretty good but conservative week.  By the end I was having no pain.  That's about a 10 day turnaround from the day of the injury.  Pretty good as far as I'm concerned.

M - 0
T - 6.6
W - 7.6
T - 0
F - 6.6
S - 11 > wanted to pace Madeline through her last 10 miles in the Last Chance to BQ Marathon > but it ended up being more of a jog/march/run to the end.  She crashed around 17 so........
S - 10

So about 42 for an injury recovery week.  Not bad.  CIM training starts tomorrow.  Praying for no more setbacks.

This week was supposed to be my peak week but I took it easy so that I could try to kick this cold. I think it worked but my training did suffer.

47 miles running
49 miles cycling

I hate stepping back because it challenges the psychological edge that you've been working to build. I know it's all in my head and that it's more important to be healthy on the starting line but still. This week I'm trying to rebuild my confidence and get back on top of my game while tapering. I feel like everything is balancing act.
