Tue: AM: 8.5 / Lunch 4 miles
Wed: AM: 8.5  / PM: 6.5
Thu: 0 travel to Kentucky 
Fri: 16.2 Miles (Bourbon Chase)
Sat: 25 Miles (Bourbon Chase)
Sun: 0 travel back home


Week: 80 mile


Bourbon Chase (200 mile relay)
We were the 3rd Place Ultra Team (6 people), run 24:59 for 200 Hilly, Windy, and Wet Miles.
My results:
41.1 Miles / Average Pace: 6:31/mile.
Leg 1: 16.2 Miles - 6:26/Mile
Leg 2: 10.6 Miles - 6:37/Mile
Leg 3: 14.4 Miles - 6:38/Mile

Mon - Core class, no running
Tues - 7 total speedwork done as 3K, 2K, 1 mile, 1K (6:50-7:15 pace); trainer
Wed - 5 easy recovery miles, core class
Thurs - 9 miles with 7 done as harder effort (8 min ave pace)
Fri - Day off
Sat - 20 hilly miles
Sun - 9 recovery miles - started slow on Bridle Trail then 6 miles at closer to MP (without trying)  36F!

WTD:  50 miles

Wed - 10 with 8x800 @ 2:57-3:06 on sidewalks
Thu - 5 @ 8:06
Fri - 9 @ 7:42 with uphillstrides
Sat 14 - last 6 cutdown to 6:45
Sun - recovery @ 8:11

61 for the week.

Legs feel dog tired no pop in them at all.
