Mon: 6 miles
Tue: 7 miles
Wed: am: 8 miles / pm: 11 miles
Thu: noon: 9 progressive / pm: 4 miles
Fri: am: 6 / pm: 4 miles
Sat: travel/rest
Sun: 15 miles - Detroit USA 1/2 Marathon in 1:18:37 9th OA, 1st AG

Week: 70 miles

Still recovering a bit from the Bourbon Chase, the 41 miles (3 legs in 17ish hours) did tire me a bit.
Looks like I'm going to race NYCM in 2 weeks.
1 workout left, 13.1 at MP.
The marathon hates me...So we shall see how that goes.

Nice race Steven.  Congrats on the top 10.  Saw Susan finished her first marathon.  Send along congrats to her as well.

Mon - 12:  8am, 4pm  dead legs
Tue - 8 w/strides  continued dead legs
Wed - 9  3 miles @ HM pace and 4x400 at 5k pace - still tired
Thu - 0  first day off in last 25 days -- yeah!!
Fri -  6 easy
Sat - 3 jog
Sun - Detroit International HM -- 1:24:36.  Unexpected new PR by 6 seconds as I'm really training for CIM and wasn't gunning for a PR.  Only a three day taper.  Happy with the result as I was really consistent in pacing.  6:28 for first 5, 6:27 for second 5 and 6:24 for last 5k.  1AG by 6 minutes and 30 OA (4th master) - Big field of 11000 runners.

Agreed! Well done Michael & Steven. Looks like you're both set to nail 26.2 shortly. Best of luck to each of you.
