Though I feel pretty good post-marathon, I think due to lots of weight lifting the past year, I want to take 3-4 weeks of easy running to heal up completely.

long week. Most miles ever for me in a week. 84.6.
Mon 10.2 easy in Germany
Tue 6.3 easy in Germany > rain
Wed 8.2/4.3 double in Germany > rain
Thu 13.3 including 3x3miles @ 6:43 ave > drizzle, but at least back home
Fri - 8 easy
Sat 9/5 double easy
Sun 10.2 @ 7:45 after b'day celebration the night before. ugh.

I always enjoyed running in Germany - long stretches of roads with few intersections. But it was easy to get lost sicne roads wind all over the place.
