Thu: Rest

Sat: 4 with 3x0.25 (1:19, 1:17, 1:14)
Sun: 26.2 in 2:50:22 windy NYC Marathon

Mon - Off
Tues - 5.25 total miles.  last speed session - 2K, 1mile, 1K in between the rain
Wed - Off
Thurs - 4 miles with 2 @ tempo pace, stretch session with trainer
Fri  - Off
Sat - 2.25 miles before the drizzle and rain in NYC
Sun - NYC Marathon in 3:49:42.  1st sub 3:50 in my 50s.  113th in my AG

WTD: 37.7

It was a mixed week.  Ran 60 miles but things got all mixed up due to trip to Brazil.  Down Monday night and returned Friday morning.  So workouts got moved all around.  Had one tough workout and an 18 miler on Sunday.  Ran 60 for the week.  Am tired and am writing this from Germany as Sunday I headed across the Atlantic.  Having fun with all these time zones.
