Well, Kevin, I have not had a top gear in years.  And yeah to Mike and Mark, both.

Mon - 5 easy miles; Trainer
Tues - Day off
Wed - 6 miles with speedwork - 2K, 1 mile, 2 x 1K; Core class
Thurs - 6.3 miles in very cold weather; Trainer
Fri - Day off
Sat - 4.5 miles easy on TM due to ice
Sun - 13.1 in 1:45:20.  Ended up racing from mile 4 on once my friend I was supposed to pace had to drop (she's had a wonky calf)  Ended up winning Grand Masters and got a cool mug and $25 at the local running store

WTD: 35 miles

First week of taper in the books.  Too much bad weather forced me inside too much on the treadmill.  Ridiculous.  Snow, sleet and yesterday all the roads were ice rinks.

Mon - 0
Tue - 10 easy
Wed - 12 10 of progression 7:00 down to 6:35 - TM
Thu - 6 easy - TM
Fri - 8/4 double - fist in 3" of snow second on a TM
Sat - 8 w/ strides - TM
Sun - 17 @ 7:42.  Finally back outside.

62.25 for the week.  Highest volume taper week ever.  Interesting to see how this plays out.

Kevin - I also don't have any top end.  Not sure I ever had it.
