Last week was a good week of training 94 miles total.

So far this week big fat Zero, but did get to witness the birth of our child Martin Alexander (aka Little Marty), 8lbs 8ozs born on Tuesday 12/23/14 @ 9:27am CST.

Going to go outside today and take Kristina with me for a run. It's nice here in Chicago and figure I would go enjoy a little alone time with my daughter.
