Day miles  type .
Mon     8  easy  15°F
Tue     8  easy  21°F thru 4" fresh powder snow.
Wed    10  frtlk 33°F tough slog over urban snow.
Thu     - 
Fri     7  easy  17°F still iced.
Sat    12  long  19°F more snow/sleet on the way.
Sun     -       .
Week   45

Highest weekly mileage in quite some time, which is nice.

Mon: 1.2 miles walking
Tue: 2.3 miles walking
Wed: 3.1 miles barefoot
Thu: 6.7 miles low HR
Fri: 4.2 miles low HR on hilly roads
Sat: Rest
Sun: 10 miles lowish HR, struggled a bit

Week: 27.4 miles

Pretty good week as I continue to ramp up for Boston.  Considering the weather I can't complain on the accomplishment.

Mon 8/6 Double with strides treadmill
Tue  10 with 15x1 min @ 5:45 pace treadmill  90 sec recoveries
Wed  4 recovery  TM
Thu  8 recovery   TM
Fri  10 with uphill strides  TM
Sat  20 @ 7:47 -- below 10 windchill - finally got outside -- yeah!!
Sun 8 Easy -- 25 degree -- yippee!!

76.5 for the week

FR-rest
Sa- am-18 mi grp. still a bit cold but not wickedly
Su-15min stationary bike & 1hr strength b/f they kicked me out of the Y
44mi wk 272 YTD feeling strong right now Suspect
