Sat    20  aero  43°F Long run in cold rain, 14 miles at aerobic pace during RnR USA.

mon - 6 recovery
tue - 9/5 double
wed - 12 hills - 4 sets of (2 times 800 down/800 up 1 min rest in between) 5 min between sets.  7-8% grade hill.  Really hard workout.  MP-10 down MP+30 going up
thu - 6 recovery
fri - 8/4 double
sat - 11 w/ 3 miles @ MP 6 min jog 4 miles @ MP
sun - 10 easy

total 72

Bad week for the ITBS knee stuff.  Fortunately, it was originally supposed to be a cutback week.

M - 5.6mi recovery
T - 7.4mi easy, last 2 moderate
W - 4.4mi easy w/ 6x 8sec hill sprints + 4.7mi easy on trail; OUCH 
Th - off
F - 15mi easy
S - ouch, unplanned off
S - 2hr bike, moderate, no knee discomfort

Week - Meh.

M - 5 miles in Bahamas - hilly and hot
T - 5 miles in Bahamas
W - 4.2 miles in Bahamas
Th - Travel to NYC
F - 3.5 miles with striders in Central Park; lots of walking in NYC
S - Rainy yucky day - lots of walking in NYC
S - NYC Half Marathon in 1:41:51  17th AG, 603rd Women, 2564th Overall (19000+ runners); 2 mile warm up with striders and drills, 1 mile cool down

WTD:  30.35 miles

Might be a bit behind for Boston, but whatever I'm feeling good again.
