Ha Kevin - I just started this 5 minutes ago.  I didn't refresh so didn't know you had done this.  Now I have to figure out how to delete my thread.

Last week before taper now in the books, although it'll be closer to a two week taper in reality looking at next weeks plan.

Mon - 8 easy, then gym then flight to Germany via Amsterdam
Tue - 10 in Stuttgart in 59 degree weather - so this is what spring looks like, eh? - was exhausted so as nice as it was out, was still tough
Wed - 10 miles with the middle six as an alternator every mile 6:20/6:50 - hard as hell
Thu - 10 Easy
Fri - flight home followed by 11 in 25 degree weather and snow flurries and wind.  Are you kidding me - winter is still here???
Sat - 20 - just blazed it in 7:26 average.  By far and away my fastest LR ever.  Wasn't trying to bust it, but it just felt good
Sun - 6 recovery then gym

76 for the week
