Mon - Day off, Core class (last one before Spring Break Here)
Tues - 8 miles w/ speedwork (3K, 1mile, 1K, 800m)
Wed - Easy recovery 5
Thurs - 8 miles with 5 at tempo (8:24 down to 7:35)
Fri - 16 hilly miles
Sat - 10 recovery miles
Sun - Rest 

WTD:  47 miles

Taper time

m - 12 in San Jose
t - 10 in San Jose -- love that California weather
w - 12 with a 3x2 mile progressive from 6:49 > 6:29
th - 0: first off day since late Feb.  Enjoyed it
f - 9
sat - 18 w/ the miles 14-17 at MP to MP-5.  Managed it pretty well
s - 8 recovery

70 for the week
