Kind of an odd week, but still pretty fun.

Mon: 9.8-mile mega-trail effort with ~3,200 feet of power hiking up (and the same amount mostly running, down)
Tue: 1.3 miles walking, trying to clear unsurprisingly tight lower legs and ankles
Wed-Sat: Resting, clearing surprisingly (though it shouldn't have been) strong case of DOMS
Sun: 3.1 miles on easier trails

Week: 14.2 miles

M- Boston Marathon 26.2mi Had a blast with the wet crowd to calm my spirits and hardly noticed the headwind feeding off their adrenaline Exclamation Love Boston. 3:31:53 even splits with many pit stops.

Thu - 3 mile recovery 9:00 + gym workout
Fri - off
Sat - 4.3 @ 8:15
Sun 3.5 @ 9:00 with my 10 year old

somewhere around 37 for the week
