Thu     - 
Fri     9  easy  71°F
Sat    11  pace  71°F tough run, muggy summer is here.
Sun     7  long  73°F cut short due to humidity ...too much too quickly.

A bit of a step-back after a longer week.

Mon: 2.3 miles low HR with a MAF mile thrown in (improving)
Tue: 2.3 miles walking
Wed: 3.1 miles barefoot before work; 2.3 miles walking during lunch break
Thu: 6.9 miles low HR in country
Fri: 4.9 miles, “TreadHill” style. 4x10 minutes @ 8% grade w/ 5 min @ 0% rest intervals (4 mph)
Sat: Rest day
Sun: 5.4 miles low HR (seeing less fall-off in later miles)

Week: 27.1 miles

This one wraps up May is Bike Month.  Rode for my group out of Folsom and logged 640.x miles for the month.  Better than I had planned, but still just 1/3 of the group leader (over 1850!).

Test run tomorrow after 6 weeks off.

M - 17.2mi easy
T - off
W - 36.4mi hills w/ 20min tempo
Th - off
F - 55mi hills, doozy of a ride
S - off
S - 44.9mi group/hard

Week - 153.6, 9hr4min

Heat and humidity much of the week until today where we are having what feels and looks like a hurricane!

M - Easy 6 with striders
T - Easy 6 with striders
W - 5 mile Progression run - 9:30 down to 7:45
Th - Easy 6
Fri - Day off
Sat - 12 miles in the heat and humidity
Sun - 6 mile recovery run after last nights storms and before todays monsoons
