Mon - Trainer - core & weights
Tues - 8 miles with 4 @ LT (7:57, 7:57, 7:58, 7:29)
Wed - 4 recovery miles - core
Thurs - 8 mile (bonky run, very, very humid and not enough water)
Fri - Rest
Sat - 12.1 miles with some on trail and some on APT - warm and very humid
Sun - Easy 5 miles, warmer but not as humid

WTD:  37.1 miles

M - 3mi run
T - 3mi run 
W - 9mi ride ("rained out" by like 5 drops)
Th - 3.2mi run
F - off, flying to CA
S - 14.1mi trails/mountains + heat exhaustion and/or heatstroke... not a good day
S - still a bit off

Looks like I'm consistent about getting overly excited when I get home.  Downing Pedialyte like water and waiting for my sunburn to pass.
