Somehow blundered into an abrupt increase in miles this week.

Mon: 16.2 miles long run, 3.4 mile hike in the woods
Tue: 2.3 miles walking at lunch
Wed: 3.1 miles barefoot (hit 500th mile barefoot!)
Thu: 6.3 miles low HR
Fri: 3.1 miles on trails
Sat: Rest
Sun: 6 miles lowish HR

Week: 40.5 miles
