Cutback Week

M - 4.2 w/ 6x hill sprints
T - 5.8
W - 4 w/ 4x strides
Th - off
F - 4
S - 8.3 + .75ish pacing Aileen's mile TT (6:35)
S - 4

Week - 30.3

Signed up for a 50k in a month.  No goal time, just a day in the mountains.  After that, planning to race a late fall HM.

Mon - Day off, rest
Tues - 10 miles where 5 was supposed to be LT - only did 3.5 @ LT as legs were still trashed and it was humid; followed with core and stretching session
Wed - 5.3 easy recovery miles; yoga
Thurs - 20 miler - 1st 11.4 with Mary Pat averaging 9:52 pace, 2nd 9 alone averaging 9:24 pace - last two mile 9:04 and 9:03 (yeah!)
Fri - Yoga and core session
Sat - 10 comfortable miles
Sun - 5.4 recovery miles

WTD: 51.1

YTD: 1194
