sorry I've been so absent.  Hamstring injury, summer work and vacations and a little lack of motivation.

mon - 10 easy
tue - 7 w/3 mile 6:40 tempo
wed - 0
thu - 4 with strides
fri - USATF Masters Mile Championship 5:37 third - Bussard smoked it in 4:57
sat - CRIM 10 mile - 65:12 - just couldn't get it going.  not in shape for this distance yet.  Shuey was awesome in 1:03:38 in the middle of 100 mile training.  He's looking good these days
sun - 5 recovery

Spent last week in Mendocino celebrating our 35th anniversary - Fantastic trip & meals but not so much running...

This week:

Mon - off
Tue - 5.4
Wed - 5.2 with 3 @ tempo
Thu - 4.2
Fri - off
Sat - 10.1 trail run @ MP. Didn't mean to go this far at MP but it felt great...
Sun - 7.4

Week: 32.2
MTD: 103
YTD: 983

Time to start ramping up for CIM - 15 weeks to go

Last week mostly in NY capped off with a half marathon pacing job in CLE.

Mon - Day off running, Core and Weights
Tues - 8 easy miles
Wed - 6 easy miles; yoga
Thurs - 8 miles with 5 x 800m (3:36, 3:38, 3:42, 3:35, 3:31).  Very humid and warm, run followed by thunderstorms
Fri - Day off running, Core and weights
Sat - Easy 4.1 miles - last run in NY
Sun - Paced Rock Hall Half finished in 1:59:35, 2 extra miles of warm up and cool down for 15.25 total

WTD: 41.55
