M - 6.3 w/ 6x hill sprints and shin splints
T - shin splints
W - see above
Th - ~1hr bike
F - 5mi hike w/ 1500' gain/loss near Harpers Ferry
S - ~1hr30min hilly bike
S - ~3hr group bike

Tired week.....
Mon - Core and weights
Tues - Easy 8 w/ 10 20 sec pickups
Wed - Easy 12 followed by yoga class
Thurs - 6.6 recovery miles
Fri - Rest
Sat - 16 w/8 @ MP - not a good run at all
Sun - 5.5 miles . Good run making up for Sat.
WTD: 48.1
