Mon - 6 recovery/easy after the pacer duties
Tues - 7.1 Speedwork - 2K, 1mile,1K, 800m (60F!); Core work and weights
Wed - 20.25 mile long run
Thurs - Drive to Boston
Fri - 6 miles with striders in my hometown
Sat - 5.43 miles in Boston
Sun - 10 easy back in CLe
WTD: 54.8 miles MTD: 211 YTD: 1339
Tues - 7.1 Speedwork - 2K, 1mile,1K, 800m (60F!); Core work and weights
Wed - 20.25 mile long run
Thurs - Drive to Boston
Fri - 6 miles with striders in my hometown
Sat - 5.43 miles in Boston
