Mon - 5 easy; Core class
Tues - 6.5 with speedwork (3K, 1mile, 1K, 800m)
Wed - 12 miles easy; core class
Thurs - 6 miles recovery; weights
Fri - Day off Rest, drive to CHQ
Sat - 16 miles long run pace (warm and very humid, hilly)
Sun - Easy 6.1 recovery miles

WTD: 51.7 miles
YTD: 1391 miles

Another big week coming up along with a massage on Monday

back at it.  Starting my CIM cycle.  5k in 2 weeks, then 10k two week thereafter, then Detroit HM two weeks after that.  Will be an unusual cycle.  Trying to run 3 hard prep races and increase mileage.  We shall see.

M - 8 + strides
T - 8 hell day - 8x90 sec up a 11% grade hill 88 degrees and sunny - just about killed me.
W - 8 recovery
T - 8 + strides
F - 9 with 5 alternator tempo -- 6:55/6:40/6:55/6:40/6:55
S - 0 - nice to have an off day
S - 16 

58 week
2100 or so YTD
