Hey, I ran this week!

M - 3.6mi w/ 5mi HARD uphill
T - off
W - 5.8mi aerobic 
Th - off
F - 3.4mi easy
S - 1hr ride w/ 2x 2:30 all-out
S - 7.8mi w/ 5x 2:30 @ 6:30-6:45 (aka Aileen's mile pace)

Step back after three weeks well into the 55+ mph range.

Mon - Day off
Tues - 6 miles with speedwork (2K, 1mile, 1K, 800m); Work with trainer
Wed - 6 easy miles after core class
Thurs - 14 miles with 12 @ MP (8:23 avg); work with trainer
Fri - Day off
Sat - 12 miles on lead legs
Sun - 5 miles easy that felt 100% better than yesterday

WTD:  43

YTD: 1492

W - off
T - 7 w/ 5 @ MP 8:48
F - 4 easy and then fly back to CAL
S - 10.1 trail run
S - 8.5 easy

m - 8 easy
t - 10 + strides
w - 8 with 5 1/2 mile slice downs from 6:55 > 5:50
t - 6 recovery
f - 4 jog + strides
s - 8: ran a local 5k in 18:41 PR.  Actually won the race OA.  Never won a race before.  Glad all those HS XC kids slept in - lol -- for a 58 yr old to win a race says a lot about the field - lol
s - 13 easy
